Welcome to ORO Home Appliances ("ORO", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, booking our repair services, or purchasing certified pre-owned appliances, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Service & Estimates
ORO provides home appliance diagnosis, repair, maintenance, installation, and certified pre-owned appliance sales across Kolar, Mulbagal, Chintamani, Malur, Bangarpet, Srinivaspura, Vemgal, and KGF. Any preliminary estimate provided online or over the phone is provisional. A final repair estimate will be provided by our technician only after a physical inspection of the appliance at your premises.
2. Diagnostic & Visiting Fees
A standard diagnostic/visiting fee applies whenever a technician is dispatched to your premises. If you approve and proceed with the recommended repair or part replacement, the diagnostic fee will be adjusted against your final billing amount.
3. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We exclusively use genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or high-grade compatible spare parts for all repairs.
- All replaced spare parts and labor carry a standard service warranty as specified on your service invoice (typically 30 to 90 days depending on the component).
- The warranty is strictly limited to the specific part replaced and the exact fault repaired. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, power surge burnout, or tampering by unauthorized third parties after our service.
4. Pre-Owned Appliance Sales
All pre-owned appliances sold by ORO are certified after a multi-point inspection. Each appliance comes with a stated warranty period. Ownership of the appliance transfers to the customer only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
- ORO is not liable for any pre-existing internal or hidden damage discovered during the course of a routine repair or disassembly.
- For smart appliances or televisions, ORO is not responsible for any personal data loss, customized settings reset, or software corruption occurring during hardware repair.
- In no event shall ORO's total liability exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific service or appliance in question.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if an appliance is deemed unsafe to operate, structurally hazardous, or beyond economical repair due to extreme age or unavailable OEM parts.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
